Conversion table and hints.

To make it easier for clients to order recipes and products (cultures, rennet, lipase etc.) and use them right away, here is some helpfull information we like you to have. Make a print for your file.
1 ltr x 2.11 = pint (lq. U.S.)
1 ltr x 0.264 = U.S. gal.
1 kg. x 2.2046 = lb.
(1000 gram is 1 kg.)
degree C. = 5/9 (degree F. - 32 degree)
Hints:
DIP 5 u (units) on our cultures means for up to 500 Ltr. direct set.
If 500 ltr.(132 gal.) batches are not your size go to Bionic-online and click on "private label". There you will find bionic products for at home use.
The recipies you can order online are mainly for 100 ltr. and up.
