The electronic temperature control is a great feature.
The sensor is invisible built-in the bottom, which makes it very sanitary.
There is an extra switch for the choice cooling / warming and the temperature can be adjusted on the thermostat in steps of 0.1°F
The thermostat switches the power on and off on the sockets at the side of the control box. By example, on this sockets you can connect a circulation pump or a solenoid (electric) valve of the heating / cooling system.
PASTEURIZER:
To meet the PMO and 3A standard for pasteurizers, the cheese vat need to be provided with a two channel temperature recorder and a indication thermometer in the product and a indication thermometer in the airspace and also a supply for steam or a heating element to heat the airspace between the covers and the product.
