Inner wall can be used for circulation of cold water for cooling, or hot water for heating and pasteurisation by means of circulation of external hot water of with the built-in electric heating elements.;
Inner wall has to be used without pressure;

- Stainless steel electric CERES IV stirring machine, with adjustable speed control, from 0-25 R/min.;
- 3 curd cutting knife,

- 1 built-in digital thermometer, with thermostatic adjustment from 0 till 99,9 °C., in stainless steel switch box;
- Stainless steel cover in two parts, overlapping;

- Measuring lath:
- 5 built-in electric heating elements in the double bottom for indirect heating of the milk( pasteurising) via the water, filled in the double wall. ( 5 x 9 kW)
- After pasteurisation the milk have to be cooled down by means of circulation of cold water around the double wall of the cheesevat
- 230/400 V. 3 phase, 50/60 cc. 45,500 Watt.
