Cheese Making Starter Kit (home)

This starter kit contains:

  • 2 bags of bacteria culture Probat 222 - 50 DCU (flavour and acid producer) used for cheese, sour cream, cream cheese etc.
  • 10 packs of rennet (Valirin powder each for 100 L. milk)
  • 1 pack of yoghurt Yo-Mix 601 DCU 50 (yoghurt culture for 500 L.)

Note: No specialized equipment other than vessels, cheesecloth, heat source and thermometer needed.

Equipment is not included with this kit.  Limited to yoghurt and soft/semi hard cheese like Gouda, Havarti etc.
