Protective culture, powder form that inhibits Listeria growth on the cheese surface and in vat milk.  Can be labelled as a starter culture, and has no negative influence on sensory properties.

This culture can be applied for all products where listeria contamination is possible. Product related recommendation should be arranged with Danlac Canada Inc.. Typical fields of application are among others cheese products. We do not accept any liability in case of undue application.
