Usage Levels:
Dosage : 1 sachet per 500 Liter of process milk. (125 gal.)
Directions for Use:
Before opening, clean the sachet with disinfecting solution (e.g. ethanol alcohol). If it is stored at temp. below zero celcius, keep the sachet at room temp. for 30 - 60 minutes before opening. Prolonged exposure to room temperature may reduce its performance. Open the sachet and add culture directly to the manufacturing milk as soon as the agitation blades of the vat are covered with milk. Avoid foam and air introduction in the milk.
Recommended incubation temp. 26 - 30 C.
Acidification to pH 4.6 in approx. 16 hours at 26 C. (79 F.)
