Usage Levels:

3 gr. of this product may coagulate up to about 100 litres of milk. (26.4 gal.)

Directions for Use:

Only difference between granular rennet and liquid rennet is that granular have to be mixed with potable water 30 minutes before use to get best efficency in coagulation.
