Unless the product is gas flushed or vacuum sealed, Quark cheese has a limited shelf life after which time a mold growth could appear making the product unsaleable. Are you saying HoldBac will prevent mold from growing under the lid of a container of Quark?

Yes and many of our clients can prove that as they keep ordering Holdbac YM-B! They do not gas flush or vacuum seal.
