Comment from client:
I am interested in trying to make Mozzarella and Feta. I wanted to thank you for the recipes, but if you don't mind a bit of criticism, the recipes seem oriented towards people who know what they're doing and have small, commercial operations. My wife and I bought the kit to try our hand at making home-made cheese. I suspect many of your first time customers are like us. Perhaps you could develop a set of easy to understand beginner's instructions? Could you recommend a website for beginners that has recipes that would fit with using your products?
Response:
Try go to your library and ask for the book called " 200 Easy Homemade Cheese recipes"
From Cheddar and brie to butter and yogurt. By Debra Amrain-Boyes.
