Following Yogurt culture have been added to our web-store  called Yo-Mix 883.

This is for industrial users mainly.

 - Yo-Mix 883 LYO 500 DCU provides a very quick acidification, together with a low post- acidification. It provides also a high viscosity and creamy texture.- This blend is particularly suitable for set, stirred and drinking yogurt production.- Yo-Mix 883 LYO 500 DCU starter culture is based on a Danisco patent application for a new Streptococcus thermophilus strain (strain nNCM I-2980, granted French Patent FR 2 852 604, PCT patent application WO 2004/085607).- This unique and tracable Streptococcus thermophilus strain highly contributes to texture and high organoleptic properties of Yo-Mix 883 LYO 500 DCU.
