All cultures, rennet and other perishable items are guaranteed by our supplier to be to your satisfaction. If you believe a product is not giving the desired results, please Contact us. If we cannot resolve the problem or the product is found to be unsatisfactory, Danlac will replace the originally ordered product at no charge up to thirty (30) days after the order of that product.

All cultures are shipped in the necessary packaging to preserve their original quality and should arrive within two (2) weeks upon receipt of payment.
