All cultures, rennet and other perishable items are guaranteed by our supplier to be to your satisfaction. If you believe a product is not giving the desired results, please contact our dairy expert at Danlac. If we cannot resolve the problem or the product is found to be unsatisfactory, Danlac will replace the originally ordered product at no charge up to thirty (30) days after the order of that product.

All cultures are shipped in the necessary packaging to perserve their original quality and should arrive within two (2) weeks upon reciept of payment.

If in the event the wrong product is shipped, Danlac will replace the product at its expense.

No refunds are allowed on any product.
